Q 1. How long does shipping usually take? And can I use a PO.Box as shipping address?
Orders ship within 24 hours. We offer Express shipping ( free shipping ) which takes 2-4 bus days ( 2-4 Bdays in USA, others is 3-5 days ). The Express Shipping includes DHL and Fedex. And you can receive a notification after shipped out. NOTE: PO.Box is not accepted. Don't use a PO.Box as your shipping address. Otherwise the package can not be delivered. And, you need to add your phone number when you file the shipping info.

A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned, no acid bath, natural unprocessed.

Q 2. Does"Remy" mean the hair is unprocessed?

A: No,It means that the cuticles are still attached to the hair and are all going in one direction,this helps the hair have less friction, which will help the hair tangle less.

Q 3. Why Are My Hair Extensions Getting Tangle ?

A: Your Hair Extensions can tangle due to dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water, chlorine and not combing ( wide tooth comb ) out your hair daily Make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Use hydrating drops or consult your stylist for nore help.

Q 4. Why Are My Hair Extensions Getting Shedding ?

A: Firstly, PLS running the with your fingers or Wide-toothed gently, to prevent the shedding.For curly hair, pls don’t use the comb. Secondly, After wash pls nurse the hair with some hair oil, then the hair will be silk and soft.

Q 5. How much hair do i need?

A :For a full install, the average person needs about 10oz (300g). 8oz is recommended for a partial install.

Recommendation

12'' to 14'' about 2 bundles is recommended

16'' to 22'' about 3 bundles is recommended

24' to 30'' about 4 bundles is recommended

Q 6. Is there any Customs tax?

A: Usually we will put low amount in the invoice to avoid Custom tax, but due to different policy in different countries (especially in South America and Africa), there might be some Custom tax which is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer. You could leave a msg when placing order about how much you want us to put on the invoice.

Q 7. What is your Returns/Exchange policy?

Except the unacceptable reasons, we accept unconditional return or refund within 30 working days of you keep the items in original states.

Q 8. What is the payment methods do you accept and is it safe?

Paypal is only the payment terms we accept, paying by credit card and debit card directly are not available.
